Mmmm, Bread!

I've recently read a lot of articles on the benefits of Baby Led Weaning. It's an interesting concept. Keeping some of the facts in mind, I have let Addison explore more 'real' food. She mostly just plays with it or sucks on it, but it introduces her to more textures and also allows her to do things herself. My curious little girl is always reaching for things on the table while we eat. This night at California Pizza Kitchen, it was the sourdough bread on the table. Only minutes after we gave it to her, her attention had moved on to something else. It was cute none the less :-)

I'm Really Trying to Crawl!

She must think she has somewhere to go :-) Usually I let her play on her mat and I'll look over and she has wiggled away, but lately she has been moving pretty far! She has a backwards glide going on. I know as soon as she figures out how to plant her feet when moving backwards, she'll be able to get her back end up. And after that...well, I don't want to go there. I already bought another baby gate and switched to a more "green" floor cleaner!

My New Duck Tub!

Now that lil miss thing is sitting up, she was slipping and sliding in her other tub. We are sporting the duck tub now. It even quacks!

All ready for my boat debut, got my lifejacket!

I was shocked she didn't cry when we put it on, she just kind of sat there. It looks so huge!

Family Time!

A few pictures from Roger's family get-together :) We celebrated Roger's mom's and his brithday. We also celebrated Todd & Leslie's anniversary :) It was such a beautiful day!

I Love My Bunny!

I would suppose it is frowned upon to let a young baby sleep with a stuffed animal. Truthfully, by the time she is asleep, she winds up rolling away from it anyway. It is quite cute to see her snuggle with it though :)

6 Month Stats!

At our Doctor appointment at the start of this month, Addison weighed 15 pounds 1 ounce. She is 25.5 inches long. She is back down to the 50th percentile for both height and weight, but her doctor didn't seem concerned. I wasn't either, I know this kid eats!
